Shipping Policy

This policy applies to tangible purchases such as beverage-mixing bottles, drink containers, organization products, clothing, accessories, and related selections.

Handling and carrier time

Allow approximately 1–2 working days for ordinary order preparation. Once a parcel leaves, expected transit is about 3–5 working days. Those figures are estimates rather than promises, and verification, severe conditions, holidays, distant destinations, or carrier events can cause delay.

Delivery information

Any free-shipping eligibility or minimum is determined by the terms visible at checkout. Submit an accurate street address, active email, and valid phone number. Some destinations, carriers, or products may have service limitations.

Shipment follow-up

Available tracking is sent to the email used for purchase. If a package is delayed, seems lost, is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, share the order number, checkout email, tracking code, destination, and relevant images. Resolution may depend on completing a carrier review.
